  2. You should read these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy very carefully. The Personal Data. By accessing and/or using the Website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these and that you accept them and agree to be bound by them.

User Account

  1. In order to assess the Website, you need to register an account with us. By registering an account, you warrant that:

(b) you are a certified coach;

(c) you are using your actual identity;

(d) the personal data that you have provided to us is true, accurate, complete, and current; and

(e) you will maintain and promptly update the personal data that you have provided to us in order that such data is kept true, accurate, complete, and current.

  1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  2. We will not be liable for any loss or damage for arising from your failure to comply with these Terms of Use.

Changes to the Website

  1. We reserve the right, but undertake no duty, to review edit or otherwise change the Website and any information contained on the Website at our sole discretion and without notice.

All content on the Website are protected by Malaysian copyright law and international treaties and may not be copied or re-used without the express permission of FAM SupaRimau Charter, which reserves all rights. Invalidity

Waiver

  1. No failure or delay in exercising any of our rights under these Terms of Use will operate as a waiver of such right unless otherwise acknowledged and agreed by us in writing.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
